- Each Gaupalika with one minimum farmhouse big enough to home entire need for that Gaupalika and some national farmhouses for back up as well as export
- An economic structure will be placed in society where a farmer will make as much as money as a doctor, engineer, businessman, job holders or a labor. The income gap, if needed, will be very minor.
- The structure of City and urban farming will be developed as such extent that each city and Gaupalika will produce their own green needs more than 6 month in stock. Once developed, we will export our expertise and experiences with patents and corporate houses established in Nepal for same.
- We will make Nepal a Vishwa Guru in urban farming. Any other requirement of country will be met easily with corruption free world’s smartest team of reformists.
- We will make a committee to reengineer thousands year old caste system and develop a new discrimination free, conflict free and prejudice free social division model which will be good for net 3-4 thousands year.
- We will develop a module to end all short of cultural conflits in our country and teach the world how to end any kind of cultural conflicts.

MINISTRY OF DEFENSE
- We will continue to take forward the process of modernizing the Central Armed Police Forces to further increase their capacity and readiness and enable them to effectively combat internal security challenges.
- Half of the police force will be provided with one year or more paramedic training so that nation will never be shortage of paramedics during any emergency. People who don’t drink and smoke will be promoted or preferred to get police job than who drinks and smoke.
- Hundreds of thousands of graduates are jobless, those engineers, management grads will be first choice of these police force
- Our police force will be most modern and smart police force of south Asia
- Literacy rate 100% with child prodigy university and board. A special syllabus will be developed to accommodate poor people’s all education required in modern world and those course will be completed within 7-8 years. They won’t have to wait to complete 15-year college degree.
- Free education upto 12th grade and a score system will be developed to hire new teachers. Most probably colleges will be free too
- Each Pradesh will have a 100 billion research hub in science and technology which will help researchers with bringing their ideas to corporate world.
- Free education and free health for all
- Doctors will be highest paid and money-making people of country followed by scientists, professors, farmers, nurses, teachers, police, farmers etc . That means nobody will make more money than doctors, scientists, farmers, professors not even actors
- people will study for knowledge not to compete. So no exam and education pressure.
- Student wont be treated as consumers.
